Running InVesalius 3 from source code

Dependencies:

  • Python 2.5
  • wxPython 2.8
  • VTK 5.3
  • GDCM 2.0.10

Download source code from svn: 

svn co --username joselito@gmail.com https://svn.softwarepublico.gov.br/svn/invesalius/invesalius3/ invesalius

From invesalius/invesalius folder, run: 

python invesalius.py ../test-data/0051

Obs: 0051 should be a DICOM files folder

Important! Current version is very messed up... Runs properly under Leopard (MacOS X). On windws its necessary to use larger fonts, needs testing under Linux.
